We provide professional home and business organising services including decluttering, sorting, and creating tailored systems within client spaces.

Our in-person work is limited to clients located between Valencia and Alicante, Spain.
Virtual consultations via Zoom may be offered to clients outside this area.

3. Payment and Pricing

• All prices are quoted in EUR and agreed upon before work begins.

• Payment methods accepted: cash or bank transfer via invoice.

• A 50% deposit is required to secure your booking, with the remaining 50% due upon completion of the project.

• The initial consultation fee is non-refundable but will be credited toward the total project cost if you proceed with our services.

• If you cancel your project two weeks or more before the scheduled appointment, your deposit will be fully refunded.

• Cancellations made within two weeks of the appointment are non-refundable.

We do not provide refunds after services have been rendered.

4. User Obligations

By using this site or our services, you agree not to:

• Engage in fraudulent, illegal, or misleading activities.

• Copy, reproduce, or redistribute any website content without written permission.

• Harass, spam, or abuse any staff or communication channels.

• Use our services for any unlawful or unethical purpose.

All disputes shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Spain, under the local jurisdiction of Oliva Guardia Civil.
