Hi, we’re Mandy & Kim;

professional organisers who turn stylish but overwhelmed homes and businesses into calm, beautiful spaces that feel effortless to live and work in… without judgment, without chaos, and without you lifting a finger.

This is our story.

The short version:

We didn’t learn organising from books or courses.

We lived it.

We breathed it.

We’ve been doing this since childhood, long before we ever knew it was a career.

Two women exchanging a woven basket, one with pink hair and the other with curly blonde hair and glasses, standing against plain white wall.

The long version?

Mandy’s Origin Story

A young girl with red hair smiling and wearing a school uniform, including a white shirt and gray vest, against a plain background.
A canal lock system with a water lock gate, grassy pathway, and surrounding lush trees, under a partly cloudy sky.
A historic glass and stone building with classical sculptures on the roof, surrounded by manicured lawns and trees under a clear blue sky.

Originally from Lincolnshire,

raised in Leicestershire, now loving life in Spain since 2018.

I realised organising was in my bones when I was seven years old, sneaking into my dad’s garage to sweep, sort, tidy…and then proudly asking him for £5 when it looked perfect.

In my twenties, it evolved into something deeper.

I worked inside a huge office environment where paperwork moved through multiple departments and also had to be digitised. I found myself instinctively redesigning the flow.

I reorganised the entire system so every document had a home and every team member knew exactly where things were. The result? The whole operation ran smoother.

A woman riding a brown horse in a field during daytime, wearing a brown jacket, white pants, and a black helmet with sunglasses.
A narrowboat covered in snow docked on a canal with leafless trees in the background.
A smiling older woman with curly gray hair, wearing glasses, a sleeveless black shirt, and jewelry, standing against a plain white wall with her arms crossed.

That experience taught me something I still believe today:

when you create calm inside chaos, people can finally breathe again.

And seeing that shift is my favourite part of this work.

A modern bathroom vanity with two round vessel sinks, wall-mounted faucets, and two oval mirrors. There are two soap dispensers on the countertop, and a towel hanging on a bar on the side of the wooden cabinet.
Stacked folded fabric or clothing in neutral colors, including white, mustard, beige, and light brown.

Kim’s Origin Story

A young girl with brown hair is sitting on the pavement on a skateboard with her legs crossed, smiling at the camera. She is wearing a striped shirt, pink shorts, and white sneakers.
A woman with short red hair, wearing sunglasses, a red sleeveless top, and white pants, is crouching on a sandy beach next to a black dog with a colorful lei around its neck. The woman is holding a red water bottle and both are smiling. There's lush greenery behind them and tall palm trees against a partly cloudy sky.
Aerial view of the Golden Gate Bridge in San Francisco, California, spanning across the water with cars traveling on it and boats below in the bay under a clear blue sky.

Born in California,

shaped by Hawaii, and living in Spain since 2018.

My organising story started with stuffed animals lined up “just right” on my childhood bed. Later, in college, I cleaned San Francisco estate homes but I couldn’t not reorganise the towels and linens. I HAD to finish the job properly.

Then came the labs.

UCSF’s organ transplant lab, the University of Hawaii, and a full IVF clinic rebuild. These were places where flow, order, and precision meant everything.

You can’t put gloves in the wrong place when someone’s literally holding an organ. You can’t break the chain of process.

Everything must be in the right place, in the right sequence, at the right moment.

A sandy beach with black rocks along the shore, green shrubbery, and tall palm trees under a partly cloudy sky.
A woman in a graduation cap and gown smiling and pointing at the camera, with flowers in the background.
A woman with bright pink hair and a nose ring, wearing a black, sheer long-sleeved shirt, smiling and crossing her arms against a white background.

What I learned (and still love) is this:

most people struggle with organising, but for me it’s effortless.

Using that superpower to make someone’s life easier makes my day.

Modern kitchen with white cabinets, marble backsplash, wooden lower cabinets, and open shelves with wine bottles and glasses, with a view into a bedroom.
White desk with two drawers and wooden legs, a brass desk lamp, a white wall shelf with books, mustard yellow and white curtains, a gray chair, and a hanging green plant on a white wall.

Why We Joined Forces

Since 2019,

we were both independently managing vacation rentals in Spain.

Our friends were actually the first to connect the dots. They noticed the similarities in how we both think, work, and see the world, long before we did.

Two women sitting on stairs, laughing and smiling. One has bright pink hair, wearing a green dress, holding colorfully folded towels. The other has curly white hair, glasses, wearing a blue dress.

ONE DAY SOMEONE SAID,

“You two already know each other… you’ve obviously thought about joining forces as professional organisers, right?”

We hadn’t. But the moment the idea landed, it just clicked: two different perspectives, one shared mission, and the belief that everyone deserves a space that feels peaceful and manageable. Together, we blend our individual strengths to bring calm, clarity, and functionality to every space we touch.

Our 3 Step System

Open kitchen drawer with empty glass rectangular storage containers and red lids neatly stacked.

With over 20 years of combined professional organising experience,

we help our clients from Valencia to Alicante transform their space from cluttered and chaotic to calm, functional, and beautiful.

They get warm, intuitive, system-driven organising with a simple 3-step system.

Two women, one with bright pink hair and the other with blonde curly hair and glasses, are standing together. They are looking at and holding a small wooden basket and a measuring tape.

STEP 1: DECLUTTER

First, we declutter.
We clear everything out, guide you gently through what no longer serves you, and help you keep only what still feels fabulous.

STEP 2: SORT

Then we sort.
We put like with like, create sections, and design intuitive systems that make sense for how you live.

STEP 3: ORGANISE

And finally, we organise.
Every item you keep finds a home that’s functional, beautiful, easy to maintain, and easy to find. We even show you how to keep it looking great months after we leave.

The end goal?

A home that feels calm, usable, and stylish. The kind of space you walk into and think, “I can breathe again.”

Our clients tell us the same thing when we are done:

“I’ve never felt more proud of my space.”

Our Promise

Every project begins the same way: with deep respect.

When we step into your space, our biggest tools aren’t baskets or labels. It’s our compassion, intuition, and ability to understand your vulnerabilities with zero judgement.

Whether that means sitting on the floor with you through the emotional moments or getting straight to work when you’re ready to let things go.

We listen, we hold space, and we help you make decisions at your pace.

Our process is simple:

  • we bring calm to your chaos

  • clarity to your decisions

  • and fun to what normally feels overwhelming.

We take away your embarrassment, dissolve the shame, and turn an intimidating task into something warm, supportive, and surprisingly joyful.

So your space becomes a place you’re proud of and a sanctuary that finally gets the recognition it deserves.

Our Mission

We’re here to help you transform your space into a calm, beautiful, and effortlessly easy space to live and work in.

No judgment. No chaos.

Just a space that finally feels like you again; proud, peaceful, and ready to be shown off.
