Do I Need to Be Home While You Organise?

We get asked this all the time usually with a mix of curiosity and hesitation.

“Do I need to be home while you’re in my home?”

The short answer? Only for part of it.
The long answer? Let’s walk you through it because understanding how we work helps you relax and feel fully in control.

Our Three-Step System: Declutter. Sort. Organise.

Our approach follows a simple, stress-free rhythm that makes everything feel easy for you and for us.

1. Declutter

This is where you come in.
We’ll guide you through every cupboard, drawer, and shelf so you can decide what stays and what goes. We never make those choices for you. This stage is all about collaboration, not control. You tell us what you love and what you’re ready to let go of.

You’re welcome to grab a coffee, chat, and laugh through it with us. This part is surprisingly liberating and we’re right there to hold your hand through every decision.

2. Sort

Once the decluttering is done, you can relax. Truly.
Most clients choose to leave at this stage. They go for lunch, run errands, or just enjoy some quiet time. We stay behind and start sorting, categorising, and making sense of everything. You don’t need to lift a finger.

3. Organise

This is where the magic happens.
We transform your space into something calm, beautiful, and easy to live in. Then comes our favourite part: the big reveal. You come home to see your newly organised space, and we walk you through how everything works so you can keep it up effortlessly.

Your Home, Your Choice

Whether you want to stay for every step or step out halfway through, that’s completely up to you.
Some clients love being involved in every drawer. Others pop back just in time for the reveal. Both are perfect.

You can change your mind at any point because it’s your home, your comfort, your pace.

The Takeaway

Our goal is to make your home feel calm and effortless and that starts by making you feel at ease.
We’re here to guide, not judge. You decide how much or how little you want to be part of the process. Either way, you’ll come home to a space that finally feels like you again.
