“How Much Does It Cost and What If It Takes Longer Than Expected?”
If you’ve ever hired a decorator, contractor, or even a cleaner, you’ve probably had that tiny fear in the back of your mind:
“What if this ends up costing way more than I expected?”
We get it. Nobody likes hidden surprises especially when it comes to their home.
That’s why we don’t charge by the hour. We quote by project.
Before we ever begin,
we have a consultation where we walk through your space, talk about your goals, and see exactly what needs doing. Once we understand the scope (that’s just a fancy way of saying “what’s included”), we give you one clear, all-in price.
There are no hidden extras, no second invoices, and no end-of-job surprises.
You’ll always know what’s included, and what isn’t, before we even lift a storage basket.
What happens if you change your mind midway?
Sometimes, a client hires us to organise one closet and halfway through says,
“Actually… can we do the hall closet too?”
Absolutely! We’ll pause, explain that it’s outside the original scope, and give you the option to:
Continue and finish the first project, or
Expand the scope right then and there, or
Schedule a second visit for the new space.
Total transparency. Always your choice.
Why we do it this way
Because this process isn’t just about shelves, baskets, or folded towels. It’s about trust.
When you invite us into your home, you’re letting us see something deeply personal. We know that can bring up embarrassment, perfectionism, or even anxiety about “getting it right.”
That’s why we keep things simple, honest, and stress-free, both emotionally and financially.
You’ll never feel rushed or pushed. You’ll just feel supported, seen, and taken care of.
The heart of it all
We’ve seen every kind of home, from picture-perfect apartments to places that have simply fallen behind. None of it shocks us. None of it phases us.
Our job is to lift that weight off your shoulders, restore calm, and make your home feel like you again, beautifully, effortlessly, and without you lifting a finger.
